yeah i know you did iimply anything wrong dude. I dont remember wether it was overseas or not. And in my expirience outsourcing tech support has its inconvinience. The communication is a major problem! the accents are really hard to understand and i often chose to speak to a rep in French and that help. But they are still able to give the necessary support needed.

basicly if the first person that answered wasnt able to help you call back and try with someone else.

i had this problem for the first time last night, it happened when i was tryin to do netflix with a pc monitor. i was using a dvi to hdmi cable

DVI on a TV or computer monitor?
A TV with DVI probably doesn't support HDCP. I know my dad's doesn't. I have to used component cables for his satellite receiver.

Nightshade...you can try and see if there's a firmware update for your TV. h:
