They would love to make me salary, but under california law, only "management" can be considered exempt along with the other professional exemptions.

Wow.. I actually learned something from USD Law.

But during the summer, I do like 11-2pm days :uhhok: Dont tell nobody.

anything past 8 hrs is 1.5. 12 hrs is 2.0.

if i work OT on my night shift, its my hourly wage x 20% x 1.5

So for night shift, you only make 20% of your original wage x 1.5?
