(there ar different types of orders also, its up to the judge)

if she placed it then tries to talk to him, she will be arrested.
so why would he be arrested if she was there with him? and it was obviously consensual contact?

you are told by the judge to stay away from each other...it goes both ways...in the this case they will probably be both slapped on the wrist...the order will be thrown out and they will move on...

if she makes it through the gun shot wound.

He doesn't have to flee but he needs to either leave or call the police and tell them she is making contact with him

so a restraining order makes it illegal for either person to make contact?

Yea they should not be in contact with one another at all. They cant even have third party contact i.e. "Can you tell Marie I love her and want to work things out?"

No phone calls or emails. If they come into contact accidentally they are supposed to separate. If I was the guy the order was against I would just leave rather than call the police. Less chance for me to get arrested. I can go shopping for groceries elsewhere. Only time I'd call the police is if she was making contact with me and calling or sending me emails.

Cant say I'd call the police if she was contacting with with sex0rz though :naughty: h:
