It doesn't matter if she gave consent to him, by law he was in violation of the Restraining Order and (had he not shot her) could've been arrested on the spot...whether she wanted him arrested or not.

so you're saying if she has a restraining order against him and she approaches him, she can be arrested?

i'm talking about if she has placed a restraining order on him, not vice versa.

it does not matter you placed the order.

(there ar different types of orders also, its up to the judge)

if she placed it then tries to talk to him, she will be arrested.
