This doesn't add up.

There are plenty of guns on the market that don't have external safetys. That and anyone in their right mind doesn't keep a possible defensive weapon unloaded.

Not saying he didn't try to kill her (which I'm sure he did) but that scenario is highly plausible.

i only unload when i have company cuz they like to smoke in my room sometimes and well ya know
