i don't feel like figuring out how to cleanly run the speaker cable yet, so i've put them aside for now.

 

from what i remember from your picture, there are no way since your entertainment system is in an open space right?

 

i can run cable down into the basement and bring it back up behind the couch, but i don't feel like making holes and i don't want to put in permanent wall plates.

Nah...I probably need a 18-24" stand to bring the speakers to ear level.

I listened to the radio last night...they alright But if I had a house, I would need something 100000x better. And I need a sub

 

:no: i'll figure something out, but i'm in no rush.

i got speaker stands made specifically for my speakers and they look great. they're also set up so that i can feed the speaker wire up the tube, so you don't get dangling wires.

i'll try to take some pics of my updated setup if you're interested.
