the price on lowers has skyrocketed ... many other parts are the same price ... just availability is low. barrels for example, price on barrels is about the same ... but try finding an 18" barrel with rifle length gas tube that isnt more than 6 weeks out

pleaes don't buy a lower at a gun show
call up Essential Arms. they limit you to 3 per order but they are only charging $105. they take a little work to get on the phone but they are going 2 weeks from call to arrival, from all accoun.ts

2) 1911 (Colt or Springfield)
3) Ruger Mini 14 - Then send to Chief AJ for him to work on
4) AR 15 - Want to research and build one
