shot gun crew
which would you choose?
http://big5sportinggoods.shoplocal.c...20431&offerid=
which is a remington 12-ga 8 shot
http://big5sportinggoods.shoplocal.c...19252&offerid=
which is a mossberg 590 12-ga 9 shot 20" barrel
http://big5sportinggoods.shoplocal.c...20449&offerid=
which is a mossberg 12-ga 6 shot with an adjustable stock 18.5" barrel
they are all around the same price give or take $100, should I go with the maximum capaicty shotgun, or go for the slightly smaller barrel? its for home security so I'm not going hunting, just taking it to the range to practice.
what kind of ammo would you guys recommend? I'm going to pickup some slugs as some just in case ammo, but I proably never plan to use it.

That said, 870 or 590 is where I'd go. I'm partial to the 870 since I have two, one is the first one you linked to.
My problem with the bottom one is that a pistol grip on a Mossberg will fuck you up. The Mossberg safety is positioned so that you can manipulate the safety without breaking your firing grip. You cannot do that on a Mossberg with a pistol grip.
Also, if you're a lefty, that shell holder on the right side of the stock on the 3rd gun will fuck your shit up.
