checked out my new AR barrel this morning ... :bowdown:

the thing is immaculate. bad news though, gonna have to take the dremel to it because its got dimples for set screw gas block and not the slots for the roll pin FSB. oh wells

 

you win I want to get some more mags, but I'm going to hold off. I want to stock up on some .40 or .45 mags but I'm holding off till I decide on which caliber I want to upgrade to on my p250.

 

i finally got my savage fp-10 .308 together. now all i want to do is get a new stock, but apparently the new fp-10 has a non-staggered magazine that no one is making stocks for yet

anyone know a good reference site for figuring out an australian made assault rifle ... its got a thumbhole stock, 7.62, having a hard time figuring out what it is

edit: nevermind ... think i figured it out, im pretty sure its a L1A1 australian copy of a FN FAL that was imported postban ... they used the thumb hole stocks. its the only australian built modern assault rifle i can really find :hs:

now to figure out why the firing pin wont work
