Are you in legal possession of them? Meaning are they allowed in CA in the first place and did you obtain them legally. Are there preban Magpuls?

i got the magpuls sometime last year so i guess they're not preban 
i guess as a civilian now im not even allowed to have them? :noes:

As a civilian, you cant own magazines over 10rds unless you were in possession of them before the ban. So technically, you cant legally sell something you arent allowed to own.
