guess i was always taught to keep the muzzle downrange/towards your target.. not up, diagonal, sideways, down, etc.. nothing against your form i wish i could run around and shoot .. broken leg is kinda killin that for me

Understandable.

There are a few "advantages" to bringing the gun in imo.

ya, not talking bout bringing the gun in close.. the part where the muzzle moves away from your line of sight

you can still see what you need to see (muzzle, through the trigger guard and your magwell) all in one view.

pics of the marlin 1894 in .44mag i picked up friday.

$245 OTD at Cabela's.

It's an 1100, +2 extension, looks like about a 20" barrel, smoothbore (im assuming) rifle sights.

The gun is blued,extension is parked or whatever so I'm goign to have it duracoated and add a DMW easyloader.

turns out they had a ralley around the corner from my office yesterday for gun rights on the capitol lawn ... was reading some comments on the news article and my favorite one was:

oh good, someone should take pictures of all the terrorists and send them to the police
