Cali Crew - Decriminalizing Prostitution?
no and drugs isnt a totally victimless crime, if drugs were legal and controlled then maybe it could becomes victimless but you have drug trafficking and alot of people get killed over the manufacture of drugs
but im thinking
people trafficking
forced prostitution
pimping
i'm just saying dont halfass it and thats exactly what SF is doing. someone doesnt wanna spend the money anymore on fighting it so they say well why not just stop arresting them? that doesnt solve the problem that just means ur ignoring it. if you are gonna decriminalize it you need to regulate it other wise its only going to get worse

That's right, I remember something about NRA talking about contesting that post Heller.
also i think those of you who say yes its legal elsewhere are failing to realize this isnt legalizing it
it's illegal per state law, all this is doing is saying that local law enforcement is not allowed to arrest prostitutes ... arrest them for performing what is illegal by state law
im all for legalization, just not for shirking responsibility

it will also lower crime in some area's too. and the tax dollars the state spends on police for investigation into illegal prostitution, beatings and such can be spent other places.
