Gun laws v. my friend got shot.... video too
From what I understood no warning was there, the guy didnt tell him to leave, he just shot him. If the old dood did something or turned on the lights I am sure Jeff would have maybe realized his mistake.
The only reason I would ever point a gun at someone is if I were going to kill them. There is no shooting to wound. Unless you are sure that your life is in jeopardy, you shouldn't point a gun at someone.
Matter of fact if you have a ccw and you are carrying, it is illegal here to pull out your weapon in public for any reason other than to use it (exceptions, of course, include allowing a LEO to disarm you after stating that you are armed and stuff like that).

Yea. The only reason I feel a little mad is because I know the kid.
If this was a regular news story we'd all be :lmao: and  because he was a drunk idiot.
Obviously it's different when it's close to home, but I would have probably done the same.

3rd Surgery today.
He doesn't want visitors. Apparently after all the work done his intestines are all swelled up so they can't close him, and his guts are exposed.
He is still called for a full recovery thankfully.
I understand the hostile reaction, and honestly I would most likely have done the same, but it sucks when its someone you see on a daily basis.

What's the deal with your friend refusing to leave though? I mean, even when I am drunk as hell, I'd still be able to identify the inside of my own house.
