something like this:
A lot of the restaurants around here that try to be classy and trendy use that stone inside. It's been popular for some years now.

But I think the trend is starting to die, it's overused IMO.

Randy,

What would you classify the place you live in? I like that. If I do recall you have a back yard correct? And I like how they aren’t connected together so you have privacy.

They dont have any of these around by my house.

Its either really old ranches, or fucking huge 500k houses, or townhouses.

They are considered condos only because my front yard is maintained and we have an association. It's actually pretty nice and a good neighborhood for young professionals. I do have a backyard but it's fairly small but big enough for Chops.

I like the idea of painting the shutters and garage door black....I like that color combo!

The brick doesn't bother me, but do NOT paint it white, painted white bricks are so hideous and buyers will not appreciate. If they don't like white bricks, its much harder to go back to original. If they don't like original bricks, its easy to change it themselves!

As for a stone facade, I think its a great option, but I don't care for the stacked stone....in my area, thats on a lot of the older homes and it isn't that appealing to me (especially with your siding). I'd go for something more like this:

I want to transfer down to our corporate offices in Atlanta so my upgrade will be a larger home, preferably a large single story with a finished basement and a big yard. I've reached the top of my job level here in VA with my company so I'll need to move down there in order to move up. The only option I could do here is to move into some sort of management role but I have no interest in that area.

That looks nice as well. A lot of the houses I've looked at outside of my area have either this or the facade.
