what are you planning to upgrade to?
I want to transfer down to our corporate offices in Atlanta so my upgrade will be a larger home, preferably a large single story with a finished basement and a big yard. I've reached the top of my job level here in VA with my company so I'll need to move down there in order to move up. The only option I could do here is to move into some sort of management role but I have no interest in that area.

The brick doesn't bother me, but do NOT paint it white, painted white bricks are so hideous and buyers will not appreciate. If they don't like white bricks, its much harder to go back to original. If they don't like original bricks, its easy to change it themselves!
As for a stone facade, I think its a great option, but I don't care for the stacked stone....in my area, thats on a lot of the older homes and it isn't that appealing to me (especially with your siding). I'd go for something more like this
That looks nice as well. A lot of the houses I've looked at outside of my area have either this or the facade.
