Make sure it's a peppermint and not a camel.

the place i shop at is pretty reputable, one of the best in the state and they keep all the different species seperate so i'm pretty confident they got them labeled right

Never hurts to make sure with an id online.

Peppermint:

Camel:

Pretty easy to confuse as adults. It's a whole new ballgame when they're juvi's. The thing is, one will devour all of your coral, the other won't.

If I were you, I would get a medium grade sand.

In my 40 cube, I got very find sand, and it blew around like crazy making the water cloudy near the bottom. Seriously, if the clownfish would fart there would be a huge sand cloud.

I'd think about it again, cause it's a BITCH switching sands after the tank is established. Not that I would know.
