WHy does it matter, they'll teach you in training. Unless you are weighing whether or not to work there... in which case I'd say look at the workers closely, if they look like they want to die, I'd say pass.
Amigos is pretty good, but no longer one here in town. I think everyone around here who owns a place like that ends up doing meth and then the place goes out of business. Well, except for the ones still here.
