I always vowed that I would never work in the (fast) food industry. I plan on sticking to that.

Last time I worked in a restaurant was 1965...it had about 20 seats total, with about 10 at the counter.

However there were full service restaurants in all the hotels that I worked in, but I wasn't working in the restaurants per se, as I was the Chief Engineer for the property.

McDonalds back in like 02-03

1Q.How are orders taken?
1A. With a cashier order taker up front

2Q.Which parts of the burger are prepared to order?
2A. Everything is prepared pretty much when the order is made except during lunch time when we try to stock pile alot of the popular items.

3Q.Which are prepared ahead of time?
3A. Usually the fries and dollar menu items

4Q.How are special orders handled?
4A. They are made on the spot. That's why if you want fresh hot fries, you ask for fries with no salt.

5Q.How are hamburgers cooked?
5A. On a grill

6Q.Assembled?
6A. For double cheese burger. You use the cheesburger buns, put one piece of meat then cheese then the other piece of meat, 2 squirts of ketchup, 1 squirt of mustard, then you lay the pickles and onions and put the top of the bun on. Wrap the sandwich up and put it in the bin for pickup.
