democratic underground
i wonder how unbiased anything on there will be
sponsoring a bill means jack shit ... so they slap your name on it ...
exactly
First question, why are we comparing VP candidate to Presidental candidate? I'll entertain you, but I suggest we move experience debates to VP to VP, Pres to Pres.
Anyways, I'd consider Barack's experience more useful for president than hers.
Her experience:
Running a town without debt into 22 millions dollars of debt, and they still don't have sewage treatment? Check
Political appointee for an oil and gas commission, but no initiatives to prove from it? Check.
Gov of a state with less people than the 30 mile radius surrounding my house? Check
"Opposed" pork barrel projects, yet kept all the federal money from them? Check
The most useful thing she's done is prove that abstinence-only sex ed is effectively worthless.
Obama's experience:
Constitutional law lecturer? Check
Worked to register 150,000 voters and to help with job training in destitute communities? Check
Worked at a Civil Rights law firm? Check
Formed nonprofits to help youth? Check
Worked on the board of directors for Annenberg and Joyce foundations? Check
Was smart about the Iraq war? Check
And if I hear that "executive experience" excuse again, I'd like to remind you that she also has more "executive experience" than McCain as well.

I shouldn't even be following these elections but sadly this affects my country as well.
I seems to me like Obama is the first candidate in years that actually has a head on his shoulders, he can think for himself, he can write his own speeches and I agree with most of his policies.
I don't really like Biden, but then again I really couldn't care less about Palin, she's just a there to make McCain look better.
IMO McCain is just the same old crap all over again, he agreed with Bush most of the time, he's got a lot of high placed friends, he looks like the short fuse kind of guy that will blow up at any instant and he's way too old. If you want more war, more debt and more corruption go ahead and vote McCain.
This is what I've been observing for the past months now, it's my opinion and if you don't like it, shove it. It's not like I can vote so in the end it doesn't matter.
yeah cause that list was made for barrack vs palin. it was created way back when he was still facing hillary. face it, the man has done stuff. he will do good for america. last democrat we had in office, which was mighty bill clinton, the country flourished. and ever since bush jr took office it started a steady decline. 9/11 didn't help and it wouldnt have helped a democrat either. but he has done nothing good and mccain wants to continue his policies. you really want more of this for another 4 years?
I guess according to that, if I slap my dick on a girl's shoulder I had sex with her...basically.
o:
Done nothing good
Jesus christ. I'm done arguing with you over this. You can't even make valid points or answer the questions I asked.
