regular microwave foods caused green house effects when being cooked, organic actually produce .0009 of the effect and some even negate the effects of phoustigate trilibrium nitrate... cool stuff

well that is above my head, but i was just thinking about the "healthy" part of organic food. most food from the microwave (ie tv dinner types) arent really that healthy. i know those "diet" programs (ie healthy choice, jenny craig, etc) all have microwavable foods, but are they really that much better coming out of the microwave?

I make it a point to buy local stuff. Buying organic for the sake of the environment is BS most of the time....shipping in organic goods does more harm than it does to buy non-organic local stuff. Farm stands FTW.

As to health reasons, sure, organic is better, but we're screwed already anyways.

All their stuff can be baked as well in an oven.. I'm just lazy.

Besides, it's not your typical microwaved meal.

i buy my vegetables from a local farm that does all organic and its just as cheap as the non organic stuff at the big market. as for meat and stuff, i don't care, the trader joes and other organic place are too far away.
