I usually buy the meals which are about 4 bucks each where I go. You'll pay more if you go to a specific organic market, (which I've noticed have more of a selection of their products) but it's not too out of hand at food store chains.

Most my food and drinks are organic. Even for medicine Ive switched to homeopathic remedies and try and stay away from pharmecutical drugs. My microwave rarely gets used and is now a fancy looking clock. h:

Truthfully, I do notice a difference in my overall health and feel better everyday. Working with personal trainers and taking health classes does sorta push you into choosing more carefully what you put into your body.

The homeopathic remedies is something I would really like to know more about... But it seems like most that are into it are a little koko for coco puffs...
