if i'm making it from a box.. kraft.

i'd say i eat one box a year and make it homemade once a year.

Kraft Shapes

Also, I like the Pasta-Roni white (cheddar) shells ...yum!

This dude at my work makes amazing M&C and brings it to all of our potluck things...it has about 3 types of noodles, but I'm not sure what the secret is...he won't give out the recipe.

P.S. Mac = Noodles? :hsdunno:

There's a chef here that comes in to our work for special occasions and makes a multi-cheese mac and cheese with truffle oil. I really like that or pretty much any mac and cheese that's baked on top.

http://www.thecookingguy.com/cookbook/recipe.php?id=273

Found this today!
* 1 package Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (I didn't say you had to start from scratch did I?)
* 1-2 ounce pakage 'ready bacon', chopped small
* 1/2 yellow onion, diced
* 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
* 3 tablespoon butter
* 1 1/2 cups Panko crumbs (Japanese bread crumbs available in the supermarket Asian aisle)

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Saute onion until softened adding bacon near the end to crisp it up
3. Make macaroni according to package directions and add onion, bacon and blue cheese
4. Mix well and place in oven proof casserole dish
5. Melt butter and mix with Panko crumbs, put on top of mac
6. Bake until top is brown and crispy - maybe 20 minutes
