Yes, seatbelt and helmet should be personal choices. Talking on your cell while driving endangers not only yourself, but others as well...which makes sense that it's illegal.

The government needs to see that I can think for me. I don't do stupid shit, as that will make me dead, and if i did, maybe the world would be better for it.

It's not just a law, laws set precidence. That will be used in other matters.

 

Lets just get rid of all our laws and everything the country was based on.
