Check his mail every day before he gets home. Take out any lending/mortgage type mail that you see. He will forget to make his payments and get foreclosed on. Win.

Sucks. I couldn't imagine having a mortgage and having to deal with that shit. I hate confrontation so I understand your wanting to go about this the best way possible

this might not be a bad idea after i suck it up and confront him about it.... if he doesnt make an effort to curb the barking, i dont mind having him get hit with a fine or 2 before i go spending 100 bucks on a bark control.

i went outside at about 8:15 this morning to check my garden and walk around with my dogs and for the 15 minutes i was outside, they barked at me non stop.... now i am about to go cut the grass before it gets too hot out and that means i have an hour and a half of barking to look forward to

I was gonna suggest he just go strap on a couple bark collars when nobody was looking, unless they bite.

The thing Fire suggested seems even better though, and maybe more humane since it doesn't shock them... not that I would feel too sorry for the dog if it constantly barked.

At one point we had 2 shocking bark collars on my dog....he barked anyway although it did slightly reduce the amount he barked. Both collars broke after a little over a year of use and they cost around $100 each.

not to steal your thunder, but i am having the same problem with my neighbor. mine has actually escalated recently since I didn't resolve it early. the dogs broke through my fence on saturday, animal control wasn't in the office and the JotP (justice of the peace) kept telling me to call animal control. these dogs looked vicious and kept me and my family from enjoying our pool all weekend, the neighbors were out of town. it escalated further when they "repaired" the fence and retrieved their dogs, I noticed somethings started going missing, things for my pool...I have noticed about $50 worth of stuff is now missing...any suggestions?
