I know the neighbor is Irish. And Irish people like to drink and party.

The wall between the two homes seemed to be pretty thick. So hopefully noise wont be a problem.

I really dont want a semi- detached but the ones i have looked at were built in late 70's and 80's so they dont offer a bathroom in the master bedroom.
Plus, they're asking for like 10-15k more than this one.

now you see the backyard right..The basement is about the size of the backyard and its finished.

It has like 5 -6 rooms and its so big that you can get lost. Cause one door would lead to one room, in that room is another door to another room. Its ridiculous. Computer room/ weight room, and like 3 guest rooms. I can fit queen sized beds in those rooms and stil have enough room for a small leather sectional.

can you share any downsides to that?

what I can think of is,

Noise form the neighbors, Defintely WONT have the problem with parking in my driveway. This house is on the end of a Cul de Sac.

Im scared if the house next catches on fire mine would go up in flames as well.

Thats one thing i dont like but this house was built in 1998 or 1999. compared to the other ones this one is modern.
It has a one car garage but its big enough to store the audi in there and work on it if need be.

14,399 SQ FT is what in acres? almost half an acre right?
That's just a townhouse, end unit...

That's a little more than 1/3 acre. (acre = ~43,560)
