I know the neighbor is Irish. And Irish people like to drink and party.

The wall between the two homes seemed to be pretty thick. So hopefully noise wont be a problem.

I really dont want a semi- detached but the ones i have looked at were built in late 70's and 80's so they dont offer a bathroom in the master bedroom.
Plus, they're asking for like 10-15k more than this one.
