see how one side is open and the other is attached to the neighbor.

Thats one thing i dont like but this house was built in 1998 or 1999. compared to the other ones this one is modern.
It has a one car garage but its big enough to store the audi in there and work on it if need be.

14,399 SQ FT is what in acres? almost half an acre right?

I'm sure there is some pretty decent sound proofing so it wouldn't be a big deal. looks like a nice place.

Shared wall FTL.. If you're going to buy a house to begin a family, single family dwelling offers the MOST convenience. Otherwise, townhouses, apartments, duplex.. they're all basically the same.

I couldn't imagine the hassle of hearing the neighbors. I'm up at all hours and I would hate to be the person sharing a wall with me.
