So whats the deal? I assume hawking this conversion is your new gig? (maybe I missed a thread somewhere) I'm kinda curious where this is coming from, and I'd love to see more info/documentation on this process.
Not calling you out or anything, but 100 mpg seems pretty fawking unbelievable for a 4 ton cinderblock on wheels when a 2000 lb jetta with a vegie-conversion can only muster maybe 75... :thinking: Do these people have products for non-powerstroke products? I'd love to get a 2LT (or a more modern diesel) for the shitbucket and it on veggie oil.

what i was thinking is if you can get 100 mpg out of the f350, what kind of mileage could you get from a TDI.... something that weighs half as much and has barely more than 1/4 the engine displacement...

h:Well you would have to read into it a bit to understand it but the basics are this..
The system is installed and the only time your vehicle actually burns any diesel is enough to warm the veggie tank then it automatically switches over to the oil and the diesel stops pumping. This means after anywhere from 1-5 miles on diesel you stop burning diesel and start burning waste oil...which is free, hence the 100+mpg when talking about your diesel mileage.
Thats the cliffs notes version.
Granted there is no free meals in the world but it sure is a lot better to end up refueling at the pump once every couple weeks rather than once a week or better, especially if you drive a lot. In the end you really save more in fuel the more you drive and keep engine at operating temps.
The 100 mpg comes from a customer who runs a pest control business and uses this kit on his truck in mostly city traffic.

Currently the only kit we have is for the Powerstroke engines but a Cummins version is in the makings and possibly an International kit for the MXT.
The shop is also venturing into other performance mod aspects so we don't put all our eggs in one basket. We are first and foremost automotive enthusiasts so this is a way for us to continue modding vehicles while saving at the pump and helping others do the same.

now i thought you were actually talking about 100 mpg of any fuel, like 2600 miles per tank.

oh okay so its 100 mpg of actual diesel fuel... i know about the warming up the veggie oil etc, i have looked into biodiesel a little bit and have seen the tank with the internal warming coils etc.

Luckily the WVO setup is still under the radar for the most part and there is no "brewing" hazards as with biodiesel.

Yes pretty much...but if I fill up a 100 gallon tank with waste oil and my diesel with 10 gallons of fuel then head to LA and back without using the entire 10 gallons I have just saved a shitload of cash at the pump...right?
