oh ok then... here when you smoke a joint and get busted they usually just throw is dont the drain and give you a little shit scare you. They dont even serach you.
Great way would be not to legalize it but jjust be more tolerent like here. would free up space and make sure the next generation doesn't have to deal with this problem.

like less than an 1/8th ? an 1/8th is about 3 grams i believe ... so i think a gram would be like the lightest posession charge that state has so i dont think that would be a strike. thats like the littlest of little misdemeaners

but all the time i spent involved in the 'business' i never once had to discuss in grams

and when i went with the old roomie on his monthly runs it was all done by the pound.
so like i said, all my dealings were in ounces and pounds ... i had no need to know anything about grams.
you dont have to know grams if you dont buy in grams

Back on topic, it's interesting that our jail population rate is growing while we're seeing a decrease in reported crime (At least here in CA, and from what I heard on the radio a couple days ago...)
