What would be cool is if some one did a DIY on building up a comp. Its something i've been thinking about doing.

my psu was delayed one day
just showed up...
this thing is a fucking beast
2 80mm fans, 500w continuous power.
still not sure on wether i want to go intel or AMD

i know this might be OT, but i have a HP pavillion zx5180 laptop is there any way i could put a faster processor in it? it has the 3.04 P4 Intel.

Looks like that's a P4, 3.0Ghz. It comes with 512mb of ram, upgradeable to 2gb.
Upgrade the ram and come on back. As far as replacing the chip goes ... not going to work. The board is incompatible with the newer chipsets.

replacing laptop processors is a hassle.
add more ram.
replace with bigger HD.
reformat.
