uuugggh try going to asia for a whole month and coming back and doing your normal routine. I had to go to work the next day after spending a whole month in vietnam and I would wake up at 3am as oppose to 7am for 3 to 4 days straight. I got use to it after that.

I went the opposite way for 3 weeks, and was absolutely fine when I got home.

how much difference is your time zone to europe's time zone when you went?

New Orleans/Vietnam is about a 12 hour difference
