I still haven't slept. Took my GF to work to try and get sleepy. Not working. Well, kinda. But it's like 10:30 p.m. in Japan, so almost bed time,

Jet lag isn't some sort of myth. When you're conditioned to wake up every morning at 6am (like I am), try moving your body half way around the world. Your body tells you it's 6am, when it's 3pm.

Jet lag isn't some sort of myth. When you're conditioned to wake up every morning at 6am (like I am), try moving your body half way around the world. Your body tells you it's 6am, when it's 3pm.

It's opinionated. Just because some Joe Shmoe feels "jet lagged" doesnt mean anything. What did that guy do the night before? Drink? Stay up late? Argue with the wife and kids?

Oh no, it must be the jet lag.
