Jet lag sucks...
when i went to china, the jet lag hit me not the night i got there, but the first real day, the 2nd was better and by 4th i was over it. coming back it was easier, it was only really the first full day i was home. the 2nd one was better 3rd was done.
Jet Lag is not a placebo (wrong usage of the word). What Craig probably meant is that it's a figment of your imagination. And I partially agree. I mean, I traveled across the globe, which should have supposedly messed up my "bio rhythms", but I was able to adjust to the new time zone almost instantaneously. I think it's real, but people just buy into their own tiredness/wiredness way too easily and attribute it to Jet Lag. In fact, I once knew someone that was still blaming their shit on jet lag like FOUR DAYS AFTER they had gotten back. That is just ridiculous.
