I began eating breakfast again. Quaker Oats add hot water packets. I know they're not the best, but they're convenient, and my doctor told me that he's glad I'm eating breakfast.

I think your friend lost weight, because people that don't eat breakfast probably eat around 12 or 1. That means, that if they ate dinner around 8pm or so, their body didn't get another meal for 16 hours . The body begins to store that 8:00pm meal as fat, because it doesn't know how long it'll be until the next meal. You probably knew that already, though.

I lost 10lbs in the course of about 2 weeks when I started eating breakfast regularly again.

eating mcd's as a breakfast everyday is terrible. have you seen the amounts of fat and trans fat even in a simple sausage biscuit? add hashbrowns or whatever else you want and its really terrible. granted you need some good fuel for your body to jump start your metabolism, but there are far better ways

and yes, i eat breakfast usually some cereal w/ whole grain toast and peanut butter, or eggs, toast and oatmeal. dont need to eat that much since i usually get up around 8-9 on avg and i eat lunch before 1
