eating mcd's as a breakfast everyday is terrible. have you seen the amounts of fat and trans fat even in a simple sausage biscuit? add hashbrowns or whatever else you want and its really terrible. granted you need some good fuel for your body to jump start your metabolism, but there are far better ways

word. i remember turning over one of the their placemats to look at the nutritional values and man, i had about a third of my fries that i decided to throw out on the spot. havent gone back since. although i do miss their golden goodness :hs:

i normally dont care, i dont follow calories or saturated fats, or sodium or any of the other stuff..... but i kept looking at the nutrition facts to see if they got rid of trans fats yet.... when i realized how bad 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry are for my heart, that was it. i too miss the goodness
yea. i need to start waking up just a little earlier. probably would help me in school too.
i kinda stopped fast food eating too. i never count or rarely even look at calorie content, but i remember last week eating mcd's when i was off of fast food for several months, and my body reacted pretty bad. kinda tastes weird for me too now.
nevar, but I eat lunch early. I usually go in to work and eat around 10-11. The only time I eat 3 meals a day is when I'm staying with family--like over the holidays or something.
