Uh...just keep up on water changes and you should have no problems whatsoever.

Change like 5 gallons out every two weeks or so and you'll be golden.

Im running into nitrate issues unfortunatly b/c I didn't do enough. Water evaporates so quickly down here that the cleanings weren't enough. I'm doing 15 / 20 gallon changes every week now trying to get shit stable again.

OK, new question. My fish keeps looking at it's reflection in the side of the tank. It keeps attacking the side of the tank and then cowering, what can I do to stop it?

They usually give up chasing their reflection after a week or two.

I sent you a pm.

He'll always see his reflection, but eventually he'll understand that it isn't a threat, and he'll just ignore it.
