You have a different problem than mine.

I was instructed to load the software on my computer from the bundled CD, not the internet download if that helps anything. I dunno. Looks like you need to call tech support and beyotch at them.

I did use the activesync software that came with the bundled CD...haven't used any internet downloads. I just want it to automatically delete texts :wtc:

well on the treo700wx u can do a hard reset and it will bring the treo back to the way it cameout of the box. hard reset will erase everything and go back the original way before u downloaded so much porn on it.

see manual or youtube for instruction in how to hard reset

I was able to delete all the texts without doing a hard reset...finally. Everything is working as normal for now. But I still don't see a way for it to automatically delete messages...only manual deletion.
