No, this is my first one. There's nothing in the user's guide, and nothing in the messaging menu to keep a certain amount of messages, or delete after a certain time period automatically.

I just want a way that it will automatically delete them. It's a pain to go in and manually delete. It should either keep a specific number of messages in the inbox/outbox, or automatically delete them once they are 5 days or a week old. I did a soft reset, got into messaging, tried to purge the messages...and it hung again.
