the whey/protein powder can do enough for you.

I highly doubt that. I use to use GNC and it didnt mix for shit. ON mixes within a few seconds of shaking it

Creatine is pretty useless IMHO. It will help you push farther while working out, but using it as a post-activity supplement is just adding water weight.
There, I just saved you a bunch of money.
