Default workout crew...how do you get cut while still being big

I'm currently about 210lbs 5' 11"
I'v been lifting for a while but it seems that i'm getting thick but stronger, but what I want is to be more cut but not skinny. I want to be big and cut...so the obvious is to run but take more protien before lifting?

Being cut has everything to do with bodyfat.

You can easily be big and be cut.

Just eat healthy, and get into the 10ish% bodyfat and you will be cut.

my goal is 220 with 8% bodyfat

I need to cut down my bodyfat h:

I'm 5' 11" 200lbs I need to lose about 20lbs of fat to get soemwhat "cut"

cut calories and keep lifting to keep the muscle there.
