tell me what you think of the first UNEDITED part....
The definition of a social problem is a condition that at least some people in a community view as being undesirable. A social problem can be different from person to person. To some, families could be considered a social problem in neighborhoods where the new family “doesn’t belong”. For example, If a minority family moves into a “white” neighborhood they will be looked down upon, that is a social problem. That’s why some real estate agencies wont show all minorities every house that is for sale. They wont show them upscale housing even if they can afford it. This is a large problem in today’s society because it only encourages discrimination. We can stop this by setting very firm rules and regulations on real estate agencies such as fines. Once a agency gets a couple of fines for not being equal or for being discriminating they will most likely stop once their profits are being tinkered with.
Another family social problem is domestic violence . Domestic violence is a problem because male, female dominance is a thing of the past. Everyone is equal male or female, and it should be enforced. Beating your spouse, either it being male beating female or female beating male should non existent. It exists everyday and ways to prove that are to look at how many people call the domestic abuse hotlines, and also to see how many cases of it exist at your local police department. Stopping this would be very hard, considering that most spouses will not report it, and neighbors and other family members do not always know what happens behind closed doors. To help stop it, every case should be heavily enforced with punishment and supervision buy the authorities of that town, city, county, or even states law enforcement.

I'd try for something like "To define a social problem is to describe a condition..."
2nd paragraph is the same scenario. Instead of using "Another", try the word "Additionally, family social problems can include domestic violence."
Just suggestions, it breaks up the predicted monotony that your professor will incur, and make your paper stand out.
Otherwise looks good.
Your introduction is kind of weak, I'm sure your professor is going to read fifteen essays that begin that same way.
