I would definately go to the doctor. I get headaches all the time and quite often, they develop into migraines...it sucks. I'm pretty sure I'm immune to all pain meds now. I've taken lortab for migraines before and even it didn't do anything :wtc:

I went to the doctur, but they just suggest various prescriptions and I don't have Rx coverage at this time so once the samples are gone, I'm out of luck again...it sucks.

The doctor will stop you right there.

Every 45minutes to 1 hour, you need to give your eyes 5 minutes of rest ... also, get up, walk around, stretch ... basically, get the heart moving again.

The headaches can be caused by eye strain, combo'ed with poor blood circulation.

i know i should, i just never do. the worst thing is i leave work, go home and usually load everything right back up so i have my email client running if someone needs something late. i'm like 99% sure its eye strain thats causing it

i pop ibuprofens like candy. i had about 9 yesterday @ 200 mg a pop

 

If you have a very bad headache you can take the maximum dosage of Ibprofen and simuntaniously take the max dosage of acetaminophen. those are for really bad headaches.

BTW you can take 600mg of Ibprofen at a time with a max of twice a day (1200mg daily) and 1000mg of acetaminophen 4X a day (4000mg daily)
