i had a massive headache the last 3 days and today i had to be up at 5 so when i got up i just grabbed the first bottle of pain pills i saw ... it was a bottle of ibuprofen ... so far today i've taken 5.

i just noticed though that it has a expiration date of 2005

am i in troubles?

No, alot of drugs can last longer then there exp. date. Just rules and regulations require them to put a exp date on there. Also by seeing the exp. date, you will think that the pills are no more good, and go and buy some new ones. Giving the company more money. The only thing is that it might not be as potent as ones that haven't "expired"

it doesnt help i spend 10-12 hours in front of a computer monitor a day ... combined with low sleep levels this week its taking its toll. my mom and younger sister are prone to extreme migraines so hopefully i'm not starting any of the shit they get.

meh ... it did the trick so far, my headache has subsided quite considerably
