If you have a very bad headache you can take the maximum dosage of Ibprofen and simuntaniously take the max dosage of acetaminophen. those are for really bad headaches.

BTW you can take 600mg of Ibprofen at a time with a max of twice a day (1200mg daily) and 1000mg of acetaminophen 4X a day (4000mg daily)
