I woke up to a call from my girlfriends mom (she was living with me at the time) and said a plane hit. I, like some of you, thought it was a personal plane and thought "oh that sucks". I remember driving home and tearing up all day. It doesnt help that I actually bought gas from Mohammed Atta a couple times in a local part of San Diego. He actually worked at this gas station that I would frequently visit because it was close to where I lived. He also rented a house for a few just one block from where I would work on my Tacoma all the time. I still get goosebumps thinking about that.
