How much was the 16?
I don't have one yet but I saw them at Frys for $128 each. Probably get the dimensions then lay out the plan. It wasn't really much bigger than my 4 gig...or so it seemed.

Use rosin, or plastic filler. Fill a tube with it, pull it out, sand it down a bit so it can slide easily.

Toshiba just came out with a 32 gb SD card a little bit ago.

 I want to find a small statue of one, cut the head off and put it on hinges, then stick the drive in it.

I need to find a better way to close the 9v battery back up. The top isn't very flat because its hard to bend the edges back over.

Okay, I replaced the packing peanuts with hard styrofoam and it is much better. I'm still not happy with the edges, but that would be too hard to get right.
I think if I wanted, I could fit about 4 of the 6 (AAAA) batteries back inside and have the battery actually work. Some other time if I get really bored, I might get a rechargeable 9v and do that.
