It's pretty simple actually.
The baby is inside a large pitcher of water. If you look at the top you can see the baby's head out of the water and it is merely the reflection of the mouth through the water that makes it look submerged.

i was under the impression that someone said it was outside like the description of jurrassic park
h:if so..then yes...i get it. but if the baby is not in water...i do not get it.

Its an image of a baby in a pitcher of water. It has half of his lips in the water. But the reflection makes it seem as though both the top and bottom lips are in the water.
