WMP11 is crap
K-Lite is overkill; get gspot and find the codecs you need as you usually only need divx/xvid

You need to get Thunderbird (if you use outlook/express) and VLC
Avast/AVG for virus; Spyware Terminator/Spybot for Spyware
Acrobat Reader
Nero

Still won't use it as it installs codecs you don't need

People only ever really need divx or xvid and if you need something obscure its a odd movie.

I'm assuming so since WMP11 and WinRar don't work on Linux and WMP11 doesn't work on Mac(I think)
