septoplasty ftl
For example, if your deviation isn't severe and you also have enlarged turbinates they can do an in-house radio wave reduction. You're in and out in little time with local anesthetics and you it's something like a 3 day recovery period.
and yes, I puncture my ear drums regularly. If not by accident by force, and generally it's not as serious as it sounds to perform. As I child I found to bare all pain, find out what hurt my ears the most, and to do it until the ear drum was punctured. Pain and fullness instantly subside and give way to healing and comfort.
It sounds insane, but in reality I do it all the time without thinking now, ear pain is just a memory for me as the scar tissue build up and pain tolerance have pretty much gotten rid of all feeling. [to the dismay of my ENTs, who have found that I don't even realize I have a serious sinus infections until they're way overboard]
They probably weren't migraines, they were most likely sinus headaches and generally can be combated by using a nasal spray such as Nasonex. Sometimes it can be hard to pin down because anything from hidden mold to construction debris can cause them [such as office space or school additions]
I'd talk to your/an ENT in that case. There are a number of things they can do for you and not all of them are as big as a septoplasty.

no fucking way, I had mine done on Thursday too. They did a radio wave turbinite reduction as well. I really don't have a problem with pain or discomfort, and past the first day and removing the packing [okay, that hurt] theres not much of a problem.
:edit:
talking about how bad we WERE, my turbinates were touching the septum on both sides.
Chanc, clarinex should help with a dysfunctional eustachian tubes, though the only full rememdy I've found is puncturing holes in my ear drums (which I have done consistently for years) You should think about getting adult tubes put in.
