540i 6MT is the shit. I absolutely love that car. However, it gets terrible MPG because of a higher differential ratio...I've read like 20MPG if you're lucky cruising at 70 :chuckles: I want one so bad.

BMW's are good for leasing IMO. After 2-3 yrs, get rid of it and get a new one. Maintainance is a biotch and expensive.

thanks for the myth. considering the new car warranty is 4/50K and all maintenance is covered for that time period.

even on a used one all 4 that I've owned/own have been very reliable and parts are cheap.
